Dear Registrant-

 

Thank you for your interest in the 2008 NHSCA Teen Idol event.

To prepare you for the registration process that lies ahead (It’s very simple.) please have the necessary information available. On the right side of this page you will see the info required to register one or more competitors.

For you the registrant, we need your name and email so we can contact you in case of any issue that might arise. At the end of the process, you will be shown a list of those you registered and a cost. Please note: Payment is made online via this process using PayPal (or credit card).

Required competitor registration info-

First name, Last name, DOB, Gender, Phone, email, Address, City, State, Zip.

High School, Year of Graduation, Stage Name (if any), Parent/Guardian Name, Legal US Residence, Agent/Manager Name/Phone

Teen Idol registrations are $75.
